Washington Alloy 5356 aluminum tig wire has a weld deposits offer excellent corrosion resistance when exposed to salt water making them great for use on boats.  The post-anodizing color tint is white.  The average tensile strength is 38,000 psi.  5356 aluminum tig rods are most commonly used on 5050, 5052, 5083, 5356, 5454 and 5456 grades of aluminum base metals.
