The ST Tire Siper can sipe most tires from 12-inches to 24.5-inches with the adapters available. It’s fast: the process takes as little as 4 minutes per tire to perform. Any type of tire can be siped – new, re-cap, or used – as long as it has 5/32in of tread left.
