The 101-KDE is a high-performance delayed egress controller designed to enhance security while maintaining life safety compliance. Equipped with a built-in reset and bypass key-switch, this unit allows for authorized override of the delayed egress function when necessary. It provides a 15- or 30-second delay in door unlocking upon unauthorized egress attempts, deterring misuse while allowing safe and timely exit during emergencies.
