Forney Er70S-6 Mig Welding Wire – 0.024-Inch Diameter, 10-Lb Spool

Forney 11 lbs of ER70S-6 mig welding wire, size .024. Spool size is 8″ diameter with a 2″ arbor. ER70S-6 is the prefered gas shielded wire for use on mild steel because of its’ high tensile strength and low spatter. ER70S-6 mig welding wire requires Argon/CO2 or CO2 gas.   We have plenty of Tweco style .024 contact tips available.

Sizes .023, .024 and .025 size wires are most likely interchangeable on .023 -.025 size contact tips.  Meaning .024 diameter will in fact work with .023 contact tips in mosts cases.  We have some tips with .023 on the package but with .025 engraved in the tip.
