ABRITES – MN038 – Cluster Calibration IC223 2020+ / IC177 2023+ (Visteon R7F701529 BGA)
The MN038 license allows you the exceptional ability to calibrate IC223 (2020+) and IC177 (2023+) clusters in Mercedes-Benz vehicles, equipped with Visteon R7F701529 BGA processors. This software license ensures a safer and simpler process, not requiring any work with the EZS (EIS) module – it is neither needed, nor affected during the procedure. Synchronisation between the EZS (EIS) module and the Instrument cluster is blocked without the need to use a filter! All operations are carried out directly on the IC223/IC177 cluster PCB for maximum efficiency and reliability.
Functionality:
- Adjust the mileage value in the IC223 (2020+) / IC177 (2023+) clusters in Mercedes-Benz vehicles, equipped with Visteon R7F701529 BGA processors
- Block the synchronization of the mileage with the EZS module (no need to use any type of filter in the vehicle!)

The procedure requires working with the IC223/IC177 module’s PCB on bench, unsoldering a few capacitors and soldering the wires to the CB501 cable onto it. Wiring diagrams are included within the software for guidance.
